You are eligible for TikTok ads credit if you have a Shopify plan with a monthly fee of $79 or higher. However, you must sign up for a brand new TikTok Ads Manager self-serve account through TikTok Channel App via Shopify.

You can only participate in the program one time and you must also meet all of the requirements for the program. and meet all the requirements of the program.

How much money in TikTok Ad Credit will you receive?

You will receive a $300 TikTok ad credit towards your new ad account.

You can also receive a one-time matching ad credit amount up to $2,000.

Here’s an example if you start a brand new Tiktok Ad Account:

  • One time $300 ad credit
  • If you topped up your account and added $2,000, you will receive a $2,000 ad credit
  • Your max total amount of ad credit for TikTok, such as this situation, will be $4,300

TikTok Ads Credit

TikTok ad credits can be used to offset the cost of your ad campaigns on TikTok.

To claim your credit, simply head to your Ads Manager and click on the “Billing” tab. From there, you’ll see an option to apply for a TikTok Ads Credit.

Once you’ve been approved, you’ll be able to use your credit towards future ad-spend on TikTok.

How Does the Process Work?

Step 1) Go to the TikTok Channel App on Shopify and click Claim Now.

Step 2) On the right side of dashboard, click on the heart button which will open a pop-up.

Step 3) Click Get Started.

Step 4) Go to your account set-up page and enter all the requested information.

Step 5) Once you pass the account review, you will receive a notification that you are, “Good to go“.

Step 6) Go back to your TikTok ad account dashboard and click on the heart button.

Step 7) Claim your $300 Ad Credit.

Step 8) If you decide to top up to claim up to an extra $2,000 in free credits, click the Top-up button and go to the Payment page where you can top up and claim your free ad credits.
